A photograph should always be looked at as if it was seen for the first time.

Bio
A native of Puerto Rico, became interested in photography as a young child. Started experimenting with black/white infra-red film on everything that could see through the viewfinder, including people and the bustling urban scenery of New York, Chicago and Philadelphia. During mid-20s, filters, lighting and gels were added to the growing list of innovative photography techniques. By the late ’80s, my style of photography represented an eclectic mixture of techniques inspired by Ansel Adams, John Sexton and Annie Leibovitz, along with a touch of Gabriel Garcia Marquez and “Mafalda”, who were my favorite artists at the time. In 1993, became cofounder of what is today known as The Organization of Puerto Rican Artists, Inc. and served on the Board of Directors through 1995 when relocated to Central Florida.
