The track became an experimental collision of nu metal, rap, EDM, Budots, fry screams, and distorted guitar riffs featuring none other than DJ Love, widely recognized as the pioneer of Budots music in the Philippines.
The result was something that sounded almost impossible on paper yet strangely addictive in execution. Optimum Pride felt like a war between a mosh pit and a street dance party, aggressive enough for metal fans but danceable enough for Budots listeners. The combination of comedic punchlines, explosive screams, rap sections, and infectious EDM rhythms turned the song into one of the most unpredictable and unforgettable releases in the Filipino alternative scene.
The band themselves even described it as potentially the first-ever Budots and nu metal fusion not only in the Philippines but possibly in the world.
