Summer Blossom Wins MyTalent's First Referral Competition — Round 2 Now Open

When MyTalent launched its first-ever referral competition on March 30, the platform had one goal: see what happens when a talented, motivated community is given a reason to share. The answer turned out to be extraordinary.

Summer Blossom claimed the top spot — and with it, $1,000 USD and a global profile promotion on a platform set to reach audiences in 190+ countries at launch.

An Artist Who Showed Up

Summer Blossom is an independent artist already building a following on their own terms. Their track Palayain, released in 2025, offers a glimpse into the kind of original, emotionally resonant music that has drawn fans to them. Over the course of seven days, they didn't just compete — they mobilised a community, turning their existing network into one of the most effective referral campaigns MyTalent has seen in its pre-launch phase.

The win is a reflection of something MyTalent was built to prove: that real talent, combined with real community support, can move fast and move far.

You can listen to Summer Blossom on Spotify.

What the Competition Proved

MyTalent's pre-launch phase — known as Backstage — is designed to give early members a structural advantage before the full app goes live on June 1, 2026. Every follower gained, every point earned, and every referral made during Backstage carries over to the live platform.

The referral competition was a test of just how much energy exists within that early community. The results exceeded expectations. Across seven days, the campaign generated close to 1,000 new sign-ups — driven entirely by members sharing with their personal networks, no advertising involved.

For a platform preparing to launch globally, that kind of organic momentum is exactly what the Backstage phase was designed to create.

Round 2 Is Now Live

MyTalent is not waiting long to build on that momentum. A second referral competition launched immediately after the first closed, running from April 6 to April 13 at 01:00 CET.

Only valid emails will be counted.

The prize structure is identical: $1,000 USD for the person who refers the most new members, plus a global profile promotion to help the winner grow their audience ahead of launch. For artists, the stakes are even higher — referral points also count toward the ongoing MyTalent Artist Competition, where the grand prize includes professional mastering, Grammy-winning production support, and a worldwide release through Sony's distribution network.

With the bar now set, the second round opens with a clear benchmark and a community that already knows what is possible.

MyTalent launches globally on June 1, 2026. Pre-registration is open now at mytalent.com.
